Domestic and foreign companies that want to realize R&D projects and use high/advanced technologies, SMEs that want to develop software or innovative technologies using the facilities of the University, Advanced Technology Institute or Public R&D Center, companies growing in KOSGEB's TEKMERs, Young entrepreneurs with ideas that can be commercialized may take part.

Entrepreneurs/firms that carry out or want to carry out R&D/Software/Design projects can apply to Ostim Technopark under the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691 and the Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities.

A fee is charged for project applications made to Ostim Technopark. The amount of the fee varies depending on certain criteria.

Application evaluations are made by the Eveluation Committee, which consists of experts in the field of your project. The Eveluation Panel consists of 3 members, one of whom is an industry expert and two of whom are faculty members.

Within the framework of the opinion of the eveluatiors, the decision is made by the Board of Directors in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and the decision is notified to the companies in writing.

The evaluation committee consists of academics and industry experts who are experts in the company's field of activity and especially in the proposed research and software development projects.

During the evaluation process, the Evaluators  and Evaluation Board evaluate the structure of the companies, the R&D qualities and innovative aspects of their projects, the economic and technological applicability of R&D/Design projects, the commercialization potential of the company, the cooperation that the company plans to realize in Ostim Technopark, its contributions to the university-industry cooperation, they consider criteria such as the financial and R&D projections that the company targets for the time it will stay at the Technopark, and the evaluation of the R&D awareness of the entrepreneurial company.

Ostim Technopark has offices of various sizes starting from 40 m2. Also we have production workshops ranging up to 900 m2.

Accepted companies are allocated ready-to-use office spaces with completed communication, internet, and electrical infrastructure. If desired, the company can furnish the office space according to its own use, with the commitment to return the office in the same condition as received, after obtaining the necessary permissions. Any changes to be made should be submitted to the Management Company as a project and require approval.

It is not possible to make a reservation for the offices before the application. However, after the evaluation and acceptance process is completed, places are allocated to companies whose applications have been accepted.

Yes, you can apply to Ostim Technopark without establishing your company.

In order for academics to complete the application process, they must have obtained the necessary permissions from the universities they are affiliated with.

There are no restrictions preventing entrepreneurs/companies whose applications are deemed ineligible from applying again.

Companies that are entitled to take part in Ostim Technopark and benefit from the exemptions provided under Law No. 4691 must operate in accordance with this law.

According to subparagraph (i) of the first paragraph of Article 14 of the Technology Development Zones Implementation Regulation, "From the completion date of the last project of the entrepreneur who is located in the region and has not submitted a new project since the completion date of his projects; "It must be notified to the relevant tax office and the Social Security Institution within 30 days, and if a new R&D or design project cannot be started within three months, the necessary actions must be taken to ensure the expulsion of the entrepreneur from the Zone, regardless of the duration of the existing lease agreement."
